Our foundry uses the pressure die-casting and gravity die-casting processes, to produce small and large quantities of products from 20grams to 5000grams in size. Currently we have production capacity available to cater for new larger jobs.

We manufacture thousands of non-ferrous castings for our customers specifications in various industries e.g. Electrical (especially power maintenance and infrastructure development companies), Automotive (OEM and aftermarket battery components) and Agricultural (Irrigation Equipment) and general engineering alike. We also offer our customers turnkey solutions to their business where we perform in-house machining and assembly work to our customers specifications and needs.

Materials used are mainly commercial grades of brass and aluminium, but components can be made to specialised material grades/specifications. We also currently export approximately 20% of our production to the international market like, Lebanon & Mauritius as well as SADEC countries such as Zambia and Malawi.
